Shahram  - Owner

Shahram is an entrepreneur who has more than 30 years of experience in the cosmetology business. He began his career by managing beauty salons for Foleys and Scarborough department stores. He opened his first salon in 1984.  He owned and operated 4 Ebony and Ivory beauty salons in the Austin area specializing in women hair care: coloring, perm, straightener, curl, cut and styling. In addition of having a cosmetology license in Texas, he has held cosmetology licenses in California and Italy.

Divinity Day Spa and Salon was created by leveraging his experience in the beauty industry with his passion for personal health and well being. He is committed to offer a variety of services and provide guests with the best possible relaxation and rejuvenation care.  

In his free time, Shahram loves to teach salsa.  Look for us to offer salsa lessons outside on our fantastic deck.

Ron Laird - Massage Therapist

Ron Laird has always believed in taking a hands on approach in life. Massage and yoga have been deeply rooted in his life. Using these techniques allows for free circulation of chi (energetic life force) and flexibility of body and mind.

Ron received formal training in 2005 at Lauterstein Conway School of Massage. Ron continues to take continuing education classes to make sure that he is utilizing the newest therapeutic techniques. Here, Ron learned the art forms of Swedish, rigorous sports, and reparative deep tissue massage. He incorporates a number of techniques and modalities to ensure a specific, personal and fluent approach to suit your needs. Ron feels the most important factor in his training and technique is the conscious energy work focused toward health and vitality. He specializes in repairing and restructuring injuries to both the body and the mind.

Ann Meinecke - Massage Therapist

Ann Meinecke is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master who specializes in Integrative Bodywork designed intuitively and intellectually based on individual goals and needs. Ann is a gratuate of The Lusterstein-Conway Massage School and Clinic in Austin, TX. She has received two degress in Massage Therapy and completed first, second and master teacher level Reiki attunement and certiviation.

Ann regularly attends continuing education workshops and receives bodywork and energy work in support of herself and new knowledge to share with her clients. With a background in the fine arts, Ann incorporate her knowlege and experience in dance movement, music, and studio art in her understanding and work with each person's unique life rhythm. Her personal philosophy and exploration of the body mind spirit connection translates into profund healing and nurturing session.

Stefany Green has over 15 years of experience in the skin care industry. In that time, she has embraced the technological advances in skin care remaining on the true cutting edge all while serving her clients with old fashion customer service. Formally of Avant Salon/Spa, Stefany served as both Spa Director and Esthetetic Specialist as well as all spa treatments such as manicures and pedicures. Stefany’s dedication to her craft led to the opening of Avant’s Day Spa. Her level of expertise also led to her assisting in the openings of two high profile resort spas. In 1997, Stefany helped establish the Bayside Spa at the Horseshoe Bay Resort only to return to Avant two years later to oversee the development and the expansion of the day spa. Earlier this year, Stefany participated in the opening of The San Saba Spa at the Lakeway Resort where she served as both esthetician and Spa Director. Stefany’s vision over her 15 year career is that a spa could only be as successful as the services she provided. Therefore, Stefany took it upon herself to be an expert in nearly every skin care treatment available so that her clients not only had the best money could buy, but also several options. Versatility and staying ahead of the times are the elements that keep Stefany consistently at the top of her field. She has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1992 and a registered massage therapist from 1996-2004. She is fluent in the following services: · FACIALS · MASSAGE · BODY TREATMENTS · NATURAL NAIL MANICURES & PEDICURES · WAXING and HAIR EXTENSIONS. Stefany has also been a trainer in several areas of relaxation therapy. They include: reflexology, aromatherapy, basic and advanced facial procedures, advanced facial massage movements, sinus drainage facial massage movements, and pressure point therapy massage, body scrubs, body wraps, combination treatments, and self-tanning treatments.
